Battery health

The battery is the most expensive part of a hybrid or EV. Ask for its state of health (SOH) and where the figure came from. A report from an independent battery test is more reliable than a dashboard reading. On Cruizy, figures without a verified report show as "seller-reported".

Road user charges

Diesel vehicles, EVs and plug-in hybrids pay road user charges (RUC). Check how many kilometres of RUC are paid on the listing and on the vehicle label.

Charging

Check which connectors the car supports and whether it can use the fast chargers near you.

Running costs

Where available, Cruizy shows the vehicle's energy economy and CO2 information from the official labelling data.
